Subscription Policy

CANCELLATION

It is important to us that you have our mushrooms products only when you want them. So, you can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account. You can also give us a call during our working hours (Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm – 07 549 183 842) and we could do this for you. 

PAUSING

You can also pause your subscription in case you still have supplies from the previous month or would like to take a short break. Or let us know when you’d like it to start again and we can set that up easily. 

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

In case you’d like to have our products at different times that we offer on the website (other than every month), please get in touch. This is also something we can help with!

FREEDOM

We want you to feel free to use our products whenever you want them, so we don’t make you sign up for any minimum time. We trust that you will enjoy the benefits of our mushrooms products and you’ll love them as much as we do.
