Shipping Policy


All orders typically process to ship within 24-48 hours. United Kingdom: Our average shipping time within the UK is 2-3 business days with free shipping and 1-2 days with first class shipping. 

The standard 2-3 business day delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed up to 10 business days. We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible, as we’re sure you’re as excited to get these as we are making them for you!


If you’re based in Europe, please check our pages on Etsy and Amazon, as this is the only way for us to send our mushroom products to you after brexit. 


Please get in touch with us ( if this is important to you and we could ensure that we get a tracking code for you. This may include an additional charge. 

Refund and Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery. This is irrespective of your chosen payment method. 

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 


To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
